The Sandwich Generation

This morning when my son and I were in the kitchen, my daughter called me. One the phone. From her bedroom. She was so sick she couldn't even shout loud enough for me to hear. Her temp is 102. Two weeks ago she went to the student clinic and got a script for penicilin. That ran out Wednesday and she felt better, but she's down again.

Just talked to Mom, she's sick. Has a temp of 100, not too high but bad enough when you're in chemo. She can't get out to the store, but got a free sample of advil with the Sunday paper and took that!
